John Twist Brings Experience to Fast-Growing Battery Chain
Hartland, WI - Batteries Plus, the nation's largest chain focused on the $24 billion battery category serving both retail and commercial customers, has announced the addition of John Twist as Vice President, Franchise and Business Development.
Batteries Plus CEO Russ Reynolds is counting on Twist's knowledge and experience in sales and marketing to help Batteries Plus build awareness in new and existing markets around the country. The company has already opened 24 Batteries Plus locations in 2008, is scheduled to open 8 more locations before the end of the year, and projects 35 new locations in 2009.

Twist's impressive resume is highlighted with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience with Exide Technologies. Most recently, John served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Integrated Supply Network where he managed a staff of more than 125 people.
