Preparing you for Success… You don’t need a background in collision repair to be a successful Touch Up Guys franchisee s; since our inception we’ve literally trained hundreds of franchisees and have continually refined all aspects of our training program. You and one other person, typically your first technician, will complete training with confidence and knowledge necessary to succeed.

Onsite Training
After completing of the initial training program you will receive on-site training from a Business Management Consultant assigned personally to you. You and your consultant will work side-by-side with your technicians, initiate marketing activities, and ensure that all of your equipment is functioning properly prior to completing your first job. Your consultant will help you get the “right start” and assist you in laying out a roadmap for your business.
