As an AdviCoach, you will be exclusively trained as an expert in combining both the supportive and educational processes which allow businesses and individuals to reach their goals. Our franchisees receive intensive initial and ongoing training which will prepare you to advise, coach, mentor, train and facilitate business solutions. These solutions include business planning, increasing profitability, improving employee performance, implementing systems and managing growth. AdviCoaches operate their business consulting practices with the support of BAI. Developing Revenues
As an AdviCoach, you will have the freedom to choose how you work with your clients and what services you offer. Our business model will allow you to work as a business consultant, coach/mentor, trainer, and/or facilitator. You can help individuals in business in a wide variety of areas such as Business Planning, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Training.  Comprehensive Training
Your success is our main concern. BAI training is unsurpassed and includes both initial and ongoing training through our Performance Enhancement Center located in Southbury, Connecticut. BAI Phase One Academy takes place over 8 days and is designed to educate new Advisers on the BAI business model and system. Phase Two Academy starts immediately after Phase One and provides a series of computer based training modules available 24/7. Phase Two Academy is designed to reinforce and expand skills developed in Phase 1 training. Phase Three Academy is held 90 days after Phase One and is designed to enhance performance and fine tune skills.
The Independence of Business Ownership with the Support of BAI
Before you leave our Phase One Academy, you will complete a business development plan for your Business Advisers practice. Then, upon your return to your office, you will be assigned a Business Advisers mentor to work with. He or she will guide you every step of the way. Our "open door" policy gives you direct access to everyone in the BAI Performance Enhancement Center to ensure your success.
